Founder’s Journey
From Responsibility to Purpose.
My journey in the pharmaceutical industry began in 2017 — not as a planned career choice, but as a responsibility that eventually became a purpose.
I started my professional journey with a multispecialty pharmaceutical company, where I had the opportunity to understand the fundamentals of the industry, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and learn the importance of consistency, commitment, and patient-focused healthcare.
My career later took me into the CNS (Central Nervous System) segment , where I spent approximately 5–6 years gaining valuable experience and a deeper understanding of the therapeutic needs of patients, doctors, and the healthcare market.
Early in my career, I was given the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and was promoted to the position of Area Business Manager within my first year. That experience helped shape my leadership approach and strengthened my belief that success in healthcare is not only about business growth, but also about creating value for the people we ultimately serve.
The turning point
Then came 2024.
After years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I took a step I had never imagined I would take: I decided to start my own pharmaceutical company — TriCure Healthcare.
The decision was driven by a simple thought:
“A patient should never have to compromise on their healthcare simply because of the cost of their medicines.”
With this belief, Tricure Healthcare began its journey with one brand and a commitment to take one step at a time.
The objective was never to build a company overnight. It was to build something responsible, sustainable, and patient-focused — gradually expanding our product portfolio, reaching more healthcare professionals, entering new markets, and creating medicines that offer meaningful value at a reasonable cost.
Today, as I look back at the journey from 2017 to 2024 and beyond, I see more than just professional experience. I see a journey that transformed responsibility into experience, experience into purpose, and purpose into TriCure Healthcare.
The journey has only begun.
